Communications awarded Consultancy Management Standard Setanta Communications is the first public relations consultancy in Ireland to have been awarded the Consultancy Management Standard (CMS) by the PRCA - the trade body for Irish PR consultancies. By adopting the CMS, we are sending out a clear message to clients and to the business community as a whole that we offer a high standard of work and service. The CMS also demonstrates that Setanta Communications meets a measurable set of requirements in relation to size, capabilities, systems and processes, enabling us to deliver on our promises. The CMS is independently assessed on ten elements including training, client satisfaction, service delivery, campaign evaluation, business management and adherence to the PRCA Code of Conduct. Certification of attainment was carried out in an external assessment. External certification of the CMS audit gives it strength in terms of validity and value. Re-assessment takes place every two years to ensure that the high quality standard demanded by the PRCA is maintained.
